It helps TVL keep track of who is coming and going in each market and what new jobs might be coming available before they are officially posted - the kind of info that you'll find in our Off the Record forum. Also, TVL Contributors are an integral part of our success in setting up discussion panels, happy hours, and TVLifer trips.
